Application Required
To access service:
- post-secondary institutions can order transcripts online from ApplyAlberta on behalf of students applying to an Alberta post-secondary institution
- order transcripts for other purposes online from myPass
- contact individual schools for Grade 9 transcripts
- visit MyTradesecrets website for Apprentice transcripts
Office no longer open to the public for in-person visits. Transcripts can be requested to be sent on the student's behalf to any destination of their choice.
$10.00 non-refundable processing fee for each copy.
